Bagging operation.

The new wing fresh from the mold.

I completed the Leading edge flap molds. I made two carbon/epoxy leading edges and here is the starboard taped in place.

This is the wing lift screw jack.  The motor is something I'm trying out and may be changed.

 The brass cly/nut will be nickel plated to resemble a hydraulic ram.  

The ram must travel 2.5" to raise the wing 7 degs.

The servo motor will not feel wing loads due to the bearing boss holding the shaft in place.

Upper attachment  point for the tilt screw jack.

The forward wing bulkhead is removable for access to the connection of the lift jack.
